However, due to the handmade nature of KoKo Green Buddies, small variations are normal and not considered defects.

Growth results vary depending on care, environment, watering, and sunlight.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect care

  • Overwatering or underwatering

  • Poor sprouting caused by customer actions or conditions

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Change product prices

  • Limit order quantities

  • Refuse any order at our discretion

If an order is canceled, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

Payments can be made using the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas. All payments are processed in euros (EUR). Payment transactions are securely processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information

  • Maintain and promptly update your account details

We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect customer information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Delays in customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes in your country

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact your local courier directly.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted according to our Return Policy.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or watered KoKo Green Buddies

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Sale items

  • Digital products

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We are not responsible for their actions, delays, or errors.
Your use of these services is at your own risk.
