We want you to love your KoKo Green Buddy as much as we loved making it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 💚

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Because KoKo is a handmade, living product, we cannot accept returns for items that have already been soaked, watered, or used.

Non-returnable items

• Used or watered Green Buddies
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Digital products (if any)

 

Exchanges

 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your KoKo arrived harmed or not as expected, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong product

In these cases, we cover the cost.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your KoKo may already be on its way.
